If you struggle with foot and body pain, arthritis, plantar fasciitis or foot and lower limb conditions, custom orthotics could be a solution to some of these ailments. Custom orthotics are developed with our qualified Podiatrists using the latest 3D scanning technology so that you get an exact orthotic fit to meet your specific needs.

Mat based exercise class which involves stretches and Pilates exercises. This class can improve posture and movement, increase muscle strength and flexibility, improve balance and reduce chronic pain.
To join an exercise group it is a requirement to be assessed by a Clinician to determine your suitability.
