RusCare has been specialising in Russian and multicultural quality care services in residential, home care and CHSP funded services in our multicultural and Russian speaking community, with Planned Activity Groups for clients in the southern metropolitan region for 50 years.

With Carers speaking over 40 languages, trained Care Manager’s with vast experience such as homelessness, VCAT experience, advocacy, networking with allied health services to coordinate your care needs, nursing experience, budgets, working with minority communities such as the deaf and vision impaired communities and groups.

There is always 1 on 1 conferencing directly with your Care Manager to ensure your day to day needs are being met. No call centres, and a direct working relationship with your Care Manager and from 9am-9pm daily with an on call service to help you after hours.

Language skills of Care Managers include Maltese, Russian, English and Auslan. Services include:

• Personal care
• Allied health referral
• Medical assistance to appointments, hospital and allied health with interpreters in your language onsite and available for your convenience and complete understanding of your health needs.
• Equipment and technology to support you living at home and communicate with your family overseas, or having your language specific TV.
• CHSP and Home Care Package levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 are all available.
