The Village consists of 31 Independent Living Units, and is located at 2-10 James Street, Bassendean, which is walking distance to the Town Centre with an increasingly vibrant collection of restaurants and cafes.
The nearby Bassendean 55 Plus runs activities on a daily basis, its only a short walk away at the top of James Street at 50 Old Perth Road. There is a bus stop at the front of the Village and the Town provides a community transport assistance through the Community Transport Service for a gold coin donation available to residents requiring transport to local amenities.
