Bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Most units have a garage with internal entry. There is an air-conditioned community centre with a snooker and ping pong table, library, and indoor BBQ area. A range of social activities including book group, craft workshops, social luncheons, BBQs, and special event functions. These activities are open to The Village residents as well as those who live in Cawarra and Glebe.
