Helping Hand Belalie Lodge
Belalie Lodge has been in the local community of Jamestown since 1978. It was built on the foundation of strong community support and the local community continue to support it today.
Our care home in Jamestown is known as Belalie Lodge. Jamestown was formerly part of the District Council of Belalie, hence the name.
We provide quality accommodation for 40 residents in the heart of Jamestown. Residents enjoy easy access to all the facilities and amenities the town has to offer.
Belalie Lodge offers quality respite and permanent accommodation in a peaceful rural setting.
Meals are prepared and served fresh every day onsite. We source produce locally as much as we can.
Those living with dementia are assisted with specialised support and care.
Helping Hand Golden Grove

Our newest care home, Golden Grove is a modern three-storey home with state-of-the-art features and comforts.
Feel at home and enjoy natural light, warm fireplaces and weekly happy hour.
Golden Grove opened in May 2019 and is located in the heart of Golden Grove, opposite The Grove Shopping Centre and is close to local healthcare services.
The home has many beautiful spaces that are great for relaxing or catching up with friends and family, including:
Café including an undercover, heated outdoor alfresco area
Lounge and sitting areas with televisions, fireplaces and card tables
Theatrette where movies are regularly shown. This space can be booked for a film night with friends and family
A bar and sitting area with weekly happy hour
Resident laundry for those who prefer to wash their own clothes
All residents enjoy single rooms with private ensuite overlooking the gardens, Adelaide Hills or local sporting grounds.
Residents enjoy a unique lifestyle experience, Elevate Club Services. Included in the program are delicious dining and hospitality options, technology and entertainment including a digital entertainment system in each bedroom and access to a family overnight stay room onsite.
There is an Allied Health Hub providing a flexible, comfortable space for assessment and therapy. Services offered in the Hub include exercise physiology, physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy, podiatry, nutrition, social support groups, social work and speech pathology.
Helping Hand Lightsview
Opened in 2012, Lightsview is a modern, award-winning home. Enjoy city skyline views and natural light throughout.
We value community and staying to connected to friends and family. We have private dining rooms, barbecues and heated outdoor areas available to host parties or celebrations with family and friends. We can also provide the catering.
Another way to spend time with family and friends is at the café, with food prepared fresh daily.
Residents at Lightsview have access to everything they need onsite. This includes a library, internet café, hair salon, allied health, gift shop, chapel and mini golf course – fantastic for the grandchildren and visitors.
There are lots of activities, including a men’s shed which is very popular. Residents hand paint and assemble toys which are available for sale in the gift shop. There is something for everyone.
Care is provided by our team 24 hours a day who not only focus on physical health but also on social and emotional wellbeing.
We focus on choice, independence, dignity and quality of life.
Helping Hand North Adelaide

Our North Adelaide home is a one of a kind care home, just 3km from the Adelaide CBD.
As you walk in the entrance past the smell of coffee in the café, the library, hand crafted items in the gift shop and past the chapel, it feels like a town centre in itself.
Most rooms are single rooms with private ensuite. There are also deluxe suites available which include a lounge, an ensuite and a bedroom.
We encourage people to bring in personal items and make their space their own.
North Adelaide has a great lifestyles program, with different activities every day.
Onsite chefs provide fresh meals daily. There is a seasonable menu and we purchase local produce where we can. Special meal events are held regularly which family and friends are invited to attend. These include bistro nights, high teas, special cuisines, picnics and more.
