The facility also has provision for respite care for residents. Enjoying a long history in the Taree area, the facility is well known in the local community for the quality of care it provides. Storm Retirement Village is fully certified and accredited with the Department of Social Services & the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency. The facility employs approximately 100 staff including the facility manager, registered nurses, enrolled nurses, care assistants, lifestyle & wellbeing, hotel services staff, clerical & maintenance staff. Additionally, Anglican Care employs a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator who works across all of our residential aged care facilities. Unique to each of Anglican Care’s residential aged care facilities is the role of the Resident Liaison Officer.
