Established by Willoughby Council over 40 years ago, the gazebo style tower offers tastefully renovated one, two and three bedroom units with designer kitchens and bathrooms, private balconies and district views. If you leave the village before two years’ residency, this amount is refunded pro rata to you together with the balance entry contribution as a lump sum. After two years’ residency, half of the balance entry contribution is refunded to you by way of 10 equal annual instalments. The remaining balance of entry contribution is paid as a lump sum to you on exiting the village. WRCA’s Board of Directors has the discretion to allocate a number of units to concessional residents or may agree to vary, in specific circumstances, the current entry contributions.
