We have experienced, caring staff who can help you remain independent for as long as possible or get you back on your feet after a health issue. We work in partnership with your existing healthcare professionals to ensure that you always receive the most appropriate care.

A unique part of the HSS service is our highly skilled Registered Nurse Case Managers who coordinate and oversee every aspect of your or your loved ones care.  Our Case Managers are always available to answer any queries or concerns that you may have throughout your time of care with HSS. They will also communicate with you, your family, your GP and other existing healthcare providers to ensure that the care you receive is seamlessly coordinated and collaborative.
