There is dedicated time to get to know you and work with you to develop a care plan that aligns with your individual needs and lifestyle. This plan can be amended at any time and is focused on maintaining and strengthening independence, health and wellbeing. You will have a dedicated Care Partner, who is your single point of contact, to ensure easy communication.
All staff members undergo thorough reference checks, and it is prioritised that they have emotional intelligence and sensitivity. You can trust that you are in good hands with the team at Salvos Home Care SA, who are compassionate, qualified and committed to providing reliable in-home care services that are truly tailored to you.

Salvos Home Care SA is an approved provider of the government subsidised Support at Home program. They currently do not offer any Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services except for Allied Health services such as physiotherapy, remedial massage, hydrotherapy and podiatry at their corresponding Salvos Healthlink Clinic in Modbury.
You may also choose to be self-funded with Salvos Home Care SA.
