Overview
AGAPI Care is a not for profit provider supporting vulnerable people in the community. AGAPI Care offers a range of services both in home and facility based. Programs and supports are in line with client choice. Services includes: in home support, community access, domestic cleaning, gardening, supported independent living, support coordination, respite and short term accommodation.
AGAPI Care also operates a community centre. Members of the community cam attend meetings, information sessions and social gatherings. This centre is located at 4 Bruce Street Preston.
