Services also provided are consumer/carer counselling, emotional support, social support, advocacy, clinical assessment and care, equipment sourcing and a single point of contact for referrals/advice. Our team recognise that family, carers/friends are integral to the provision of care, particularly for consumers with dementia wishing to remain at home. Family provide relevant social context to the consumer and the materials/information for normalisation and reminiscence. White Oak operates throughout the Perth metropolitan region (24 hours a day, seven days a week) offering unparalleled home care options to consumers and their families.
