Locally owned and operated White Oak was established in 1998. Today the team is lead with the same unmatched passion and commitment to customer service and rehabilitation for aged care, veterans and disabled customers that it had when it first began.

White Oak Home Care Services is an approved provider of Home Care Packages (CDC) for Department of Social Services and Community Nursing Services & Veteran Home Care services for the Department of Veterans' Affairs. Their philosophy to assist people to remain living in their own homes drives our award-winning team of clinical and support staff to provide an exceptional and individualised level of community care.

Services are individually tailored and responsive to the consumer’s needs with a program of monthly phone review or home visit to accommodate a flexible program of service that is responsive in attaining quality life goals and consumer confidence in the effectiveness of the service plan. Services also provided are consumer/carer counselling, emotional support, social support, advocacy, clinical assessment and care, equipment sourcing and a single point of contact for referrals/advice. 

White Oak's goal is to maintain our client's independence and lifestyle as long as possible. Our policies and procedures ensure that every person has the right to confidentiality and respect, to be treated fairly by others and that a person’s rights do not diminish when they accept services, regardless of their physical/mental frailty or ability to exercise/appreciate their rights.
