The village offers 1 bedroom apartments which consist of an open-plan kitchen, small dining room, and a spacious living area. The bedroom adjoins one bathroom — some of which have laundry facilities installed. For those units with no laundry, the village offers a communal laundry which all residents are welcome to use.

Residents can feel safe with the main village entrance secure with doors that are locked between 8pm and 8am.
