Twilight Aged Care Hunters Hill Village Independent Living Units

I was deeply disappointed with Twilight Aged Care Hunters Hill Village. My family urgently sought respite care for my father, and during a tour, we were assured a room would be available within two days if paperwork was submitted. I completed it overnight, but my follow-ups were ignored and, without explanation, gave the room to someone else. The behaviour felt deliberate, dishonest, and unprofessional. Because of this, my father remained in hospital for over three weeks, causing immense stress and emotional toll on our family. This was not a miscommunication, it was misleading and cruel. Families deserve honesty, compassion, and respect when caring for vulnerable loved ones. The actions showed a shocking lack of integrity, empathy, and basic decency, leaving a permanent mark on our family. No one should have to endure this.
