At Upper Mount Gravatt Aged Care Residence, we have the capacity to support up to 80 seniors surrounded by a secure and friendly community. Our personal approach prioritises you and your specific needs with the aim to achieve the highest level of independence.

Our superior single accommodations feature a beautiful ensuite and space for a comfortable sitting area. Our premium single rooms boast a luxury ensuite, modern furnishings, and a kitchenette including a pantry and mini-fridge along with stunning views of the neighbouring lake and parkland.

Relax, knowing Registered Nurses and Carers are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can have complete peace of mind with our emergency call system.

We also offer access to physiotherapy, podiatry, diversional/occupational therapy, speech therapy, GPs, and dietary/pharmacy services.

Relax at mealtimes as we take care of every detail. Our in-house Chef is passionate about preparing nutritious meals that taste delicious while providing plenty of variety.
