Toongabbie Terrace Care Community provides high quality residential aged care services so our team will care for your clinical needs and support you to enjoy the interests, relationships and food you love, within a warm, caring environment.

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Our in-house Chef provides nutritious home-style meals cooked fresh each day. Our custom-designed Care Community features spacious indoor and outdoor areas, sweeping district views from one of our many terraced balconies, a dedicated Memory Care Neighbourhood and a wellness centre. Residents can also socialise with friends and family at our onsite café or enjoy being pampered in our beauty salon.
