Tony Quinlan Respite Centre in Hilton offers valuable support to carers of people in later life, and those living with dementia.

The Centre provides an essential service to carers in the local community by providing day or overnight respite on either a one-off or regular basis.

Providing an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere for clients, our trained staff take the time to understand the needs and interests of the clients they care for and have developed a broad range of activities that are designed to promote cognitive stimulation and social connections.

The Centre can cater for up to 20 clients per day, including six overnight clients at any one time.

Day respite is from 9am to 3.30pm unless prior arrangements have been made with the Centre Coordinator.

Overnight respite is for a 24-hour period and clients can be dropped off from 9am. The centre is open for visitors between 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
