It has been such a relief for us to have mum at Luson for 2 reasons:
The quality and standard of care to mum has been second to none. And she is so happy.
Both those reasons alone make this institution stand out.
Beyond that mum has a nice big room that with a really nice big ensuite. She also has her individual likes and dislikes which the management and staff are happy to accommodate. Every request is taken on board and she can really do anything she likes within her own abilities.
She herself says "I cannot fault them" ... well... neither can I. Medically it is like a second hospital with the professional nurse and doctor on call ready to help when required. I could go on and heap praise and be gushy but this review would get cringey. Congratulations to the staff and management for seeing to this twilight age ensuring they are completely comfortable and happy.
