We offer a full range of services to Home Care Package clients across Tasmania. Whether you need help with everyday tasks or clinical care, our team is here to support your independence.
Services may include:
Help with appointments and transport
Household tasks and home maintenance
Showering, dressing and personal care
Meal preparation and delivered meals
Medication assistance and supervision
Nursing care and continence support
End of Life care
Gardening and outdoor upkeep
Social support and recreational activities
Respite care for carers
Allied health referrals and care planning
Purchase of health-related products
In-home services — flexible, familiar and designed around you
We provide in-home support through both CHSP/HACC funded services and Home Care Packages. Services are tailored to your needs and may include:
