Independent Living Units
Independent Living Units are one of the best decisions retirees can make when they are looking to downsize their home.

We offer units for rent or lease to people over the age of 55. Affordable weekly rent is charged for our fully maintained spacious units, or, we are also able to offer an upfront lease for those wishing to own their own piece of paradise.

We provide a range of units, from one to three-bedroom and in different styles. They are centrally located to the beach, shops, bowling and golf clubs and easy walking distance to great restaurants.

All units feature quality fittings, including dishwashers and reverse cycle heating and cooling.

Retirement Units
May Shaw Health Centre provide retirement units for rent to people over 60 on either an Aged or Disability pension.

The units are one-bedroom with reverse cycle heating and cooling, quality fixtures and fittings and all feature private rear courtyards. The subsidised rent is linked to a percentage of the aged pension.
