SwanCare is a leading residential aged care service provider based just 15 minutes from the Perth CBD. Our four aged care centres offer soft furnishings and air-conditioned rooms within Western Australia’s largest fully integrated retirement and aged care campus, SwanCare Bentley Park. Dietician approved meals from various cuisines are available with residents looking forward to the wide choice of meals cooked onsite daily.
At SwanCare, our sense of community is important. We offer a range of social engagement activities catering to all levels of ability, with residents and families invited to participate in activity planning. In each centre, there is a library for book lovers and we welcome visiting pets for our animals lovers enjoyment. Church services are run regularly and pastoral care is offered at our residential aged care centres.
SwanCare Waminda is a much-loved residential aged care centre currently undergoing major refurbishment aimed at improving functionality and increasing resident comfort in a homely and engaging environment. The inclusion of new resident dining, lounges and nursing stations on each floor will allow residents easier access to dining and activities while providing additional social areas for themselves and their families.
