Our aged care community also includes pleasant gardens and courtyards for families and residents to walk and sit outside. These communal spaces also offer the opportunity for healthy exercise. Our aged care community offers several choices of accommodation in six linked communities, including extra services, temporary respite, secure dementia and special needs accommodation. All rooms are ensuited with single or double occupancy and couples are very welcome. This means our residents live in spacious surrounds and can maintain their privacy & dignity while remaining part of our supportive community. Registered nursing staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Trained physiotherapy and therapy staff add a wellness component to our resident care. A varied choice of menus (including special diets) are designed by qualified Dietitians and are prepared and cooked on site.
Sunnymeade Park offers a diverse and entertaining range of activities are prepared by our diversional therapy staff, having our own bus for social and shopping outings helps keep our residents connected with the local community.
Seahaven rooms offer secure, intimate living in private air-conditioned * bedrooms with a shared bathroom (maximum 2 people) Sunnymeade is a family owned facility, the decor is comfortable and traditional. Rooms have a picturesque view of the garden courtyard or well maintained native forest nature strip.

Sunnymeade Park respite suites are large comfortable rooms and are designed for maximum privacy and security with a private ensuite, nurse call, built in wardrobe, electric bed, desk or side table. Furnishings have been selected to help create a home-like environment and residents are encouraged to personalise their room with their own photos and keepsakes. Staying in one of our comfortable respite suites, the person you care for will be provided with full time care to suit their specific needs.
Our qualified staff recognises the value of treating each person as an individual and their right to independence, dignity, privacy and security. Our respite residents are invited to be an active part of our community and are encouraged to take part in the many daily activities Sunnymeade offer.
For the families peace of mind respite care for assessed residents is available all year round with designated suites available.
Short-term respite residents are welcome at Sunnymeade and bookings can be made for a minimum period of 7 days. Respite suites are fully furnished, additional services such as TV, Telephone, Airconditioning, newspapers etc can be supplied to your suite if desired.

Concessional and fully supported residents suites available
Depending on your assests you may be eligible for full or partial Government fee support please contact us for more information on how we can help you find out.
If you have assests less than a certain amount you may be eligible for goverment assistance to help pay for your aged care services as a concessional or assisted resident.
Concessional residents include means-tested pensioners who have not owned their own home in the past two years and who have assets of less than two and a half times the annual single basic age pension.
Assisted residents must meet the same criteria as concessional residents but can have assets of more than two and half times and less than four times the annual single basic age pension.
