Stroke and Disability Information (Hunter) Incorporated

Provided by SADI Hunter

Overview

Stroke And Disability Information (SADI) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1983 by Elaine Leneghan after her husband had a stroke.

SADI is a reactive service provider, responding to what clients need whilst providing education on the prevention of stroke.

SADI is a registered NDIS provider for support coordination. A support coordinator will help you implement the funded supports and understand your NDIS plan. Our aim is to help you achieve your goals by making you an equal participant in the planning process.  We catch people that have otherwise would have fallen through the cracks.
