For so many a reliable means of transport is a significant challenge that makes getting to and from appointments a stressful experience. Our Community Transport Service aims to fill that void by providing transportation to people who are unable to use public transport or their usual means of transportation.
Whether you need transport to your medical appointments or transportation post-appointment, our Community Transport Service will get to your destination. Our dedicated team will be able to create a transportation schedule custom to your needs, taking the stress and hassle out of your day. We know that everyone's needs are different and that is why we offer a Companion Service as an optional extra for those looking for additional support. Through this service, one of our caring transportation officers will be there for you before, during and after your medical appointment.
Our customers can feel confident knowing that they are in good hands whenever they travel with us. Our vehicles are all fully equipped with automatic external defibrillators and first aid supplies to ensure optimum safety throughout your journey. Our experienced drivers are trained to meet the unique needs of our clients and are also fully trained in First Aid so that we can provide our clients with the most comfortable journey possible.
The service can be included in your home care package depending on your package level and requirements. To find out whether you can utilise our service as part of your package, we recommend talking to your provider.
