St Basil’s WA is a trusted not-for-profit organisation that has been proudly delivering In-Home support across the Perth metropolitan area for over 20 years. Our commitment is to empower older people to remain living safely, independently, and meaningfully in their own homes.

Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM)

Support While You Wait for Funding

Delays in funding allocation can leave you without essential support when it’s most needed. At St Basil’s WA, we don’t believe you should have to wait to be cared for. We can work with you to design an interim care plan and explore alternative funding options, ensuring you receive the help you need during the waiting period.

Referrals

To access any of our services, please contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and request a referral for St Basil’s WA.

We accept clients through a range of funding options including:

• Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

• Centre-Based Respite
• Flexible Respite

• Support at Home (from November 2025)

• Fee for Service (Private Clients or Home Care Package holders)
