Coasthaven is a brand-new residential aged care community in Norlane, just north of Geelong. As a resident here, you will be part of a strong community where everyone is valued. Coasthaven is a relatively small facility, comprising 90 private rooms with ensuite bathrooms. To foster community interaction, the rooms are grouped into four small, family-style communities that share living areas.

We work with you to design a health plan to help you reach your goals.Our Outreach Pharmacist can assess your medication regime, in consultation with your GP. The Continence Adviser can develop a management plan for anyone experiencing the loss or partial loss of bowel or bladder function. Our Hospital Admission Risk Program clinicians help people with chronic and complex health conditions by linking them in with appropriate services.
