Our Support workers bring with them many personal and professional attributes that contribute to making them stand out in developing relationships built on respect and trust. They are effective communicators with a positive "can do attitude" and are aware of people's different needs. They possess a genuine interest in the welfare of the people they support and strive to always empower each person they support to become more independent and involved in their local community. We ensure that our support workers understand our clients' needs before starting the service and we try to find the best compatibility match in regards to support worker for our clients depending on their care needs, interests and hobbies. They are trained in-house, in Dementia and Parkinson’s Care and all hold a minimum of a certificate III, first aid certificate, manual handling and are police checked. We have local teams in various areas and thus are available anytime at your convenience.
From a single hour to 24-hour support, we offer personalised services at times of a client’s choice. Our Clinical Services Consultants are happy to come to you for a no-obligation discussion regarding your care and support options.
