Salvos Home Care TAS offers a variety of home help and home care services to assist you in living independently in your own home and continuing to be a part of your community.
Tailored to your individual needs, we will work with you to develop your personalised plan, and this can be amended at any time. The goal of this plan is to strengthen your independence, health and well-being. Our dedicated and fully qualified staff will spend dedicated time getting to know you one-on-one, in order to fully understand your needs.
Many of our services are attached to Government-funded schemes, such as Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Fee for Service, Veterans Home Care and Healthlink Allied Health Services.
There is no Start-up Fee, no Basic Daily Care Fee, no Exit Fee.
