There is dedicated time to truly get to know you and work with you to develop a care plan that aligns with your individual needs and lifestyle. This plan can be amended at any time and is focused on maintaining and strengthening independence, health and wellbeing. You will have a dedicated Care Partner, who is your single point of contact, to ensure easy communication.
All staff undergo thorough reference checks, and it is prioritised that they have emotional intelligence and sensitivity. You can trust that you are in good hands with the team at Salvos Home Care ACT, who are compassionate, qualified and committed to providing reliable in-home care services.

There are many ways to fund home care and support and the team is happy to help guide you through the best option for you. Salvos Home Care ACT is an approved provider of the following government-funded programs:
