One of Western Australia’s oldest residential and community care providers, Rosewood has two facilities centrally situated in West Perth and Leederville.

Our West Perth location opened its doors on 1 December 2021. The 152 fully serviced room facility focuses on premium care. There are 13 different room configurations, each with a private ensuite, bar fridge, kitchenette and incorporates the latest cutting-edge technology.

Privacy, care, and security are guaranteed. Throughout the facility, there are common areas and spaces for residents and families to come together and share what Rosewood offers.

Our West Perth location was the very first home of Meals on Wheels and the original Rosewood facility. The new facility has been built around the original 1908 heritage listed house and represents Rosewood’s historical origins as one of Western Australia's most prominent community and residential provider for seniors.

Established over half a century ago, Rosewood continues to provide exceptional residential and community care services to Western Australian seniors.
