Overview
Right at Home is a Support at Home, Home Care Provider, servicing senior Australians, people recovering at home after a hospital stay, and all those needing in-home care.
Right at Home is approved by My Aged Care, under the registration of 'Right at Home RightCare' and delivers clinical, independence and everyday living services such as companion care, domestic support, transport, wellbeing, social support and community engagement, shopping and meal preparation, personal care, nursing care and respite care.
We also provide skilled nursing clinical care including medication and wound management, IV and Catheter Care as well as other types of nursing services such as assessing, treating and monitoring clinical conditions, continence management (clinical) and management of skin integrity, education and linkage to specialist services .
The care we provide allows our clients to live independently and with dignity, providing peace of mind to both our clients and their families. Our Care Managers can organise therapeutic services for independent living and assistive technology and home modifications as well as home maintenance and repairs.
Right at Home, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we serve. As an organisation, we take a holistic approach to care, supported by an outcome driven, measurable, care planning process. Care planning includes all aspects of a client’s wellbeing, including the vital socialisation aspects that support excellent mental health. Right at Home focuses on the individual and their specific needs as opposed to a blanket approach where care is reduced to a list of tasks.
