Residents occupy the independent living units under a formal agreement which ensures security of tenure. They are required to pay an affordable fortnightly fee which covers all expenses other than electricity, telephone and personal keep.
Our entry contribution arrangements are very reasonable and flexible - we endeavour to negotiate an arrangement to suit each individual.

The Village consists of two-bedroom units, single level, all generously proportioned with an attached lock-up garage. Units are well spaced with beautiful, fully maintained, gardens. Each unit has its own veranda and access to a shared central outdoor gazebo and barbeque area.
Residents are invited to attend functions at our RFBI Leeton Masonic Village (Residential Care Village). There is also the option to dine at the main dining room for meals at minimal charge.
