Resthaven Respite & Carer Support is available to eligible people living in metropolitan Adelaide and surrounds.
About Day Respite:
- Centre-based individual respite
- Nutritious, home-cooked meals are prepared on-site with individual preferences considered
- Interactive social programs focussing on the abilities and interests of the person being cared for
- Garden areas to enjoy the outdoors if preferred

Everyone needs some time out every now and then. Resthaven offers a variety of respite experiences - in-home, centre based and extended hours - for carers of older people.
Respite support may be just a few hours a day or longer periods. It may be offered at home, at a respite cottage or centre during the day or overnight (with 24/7 staffing) at Ridgway House, Westbourne Park - bookings essential.
