We were feeling quite lost and unsupported when searching for a service that would provide our relative with medication supervision. The need was urgent and had been approved by MyAgedCare but the usual service providers were unable to assist. Then Lucas from Prompt Care rang and all our concerns went away, his communication was prompt, we were never left thinking that we had better ring him back as we hadn't heard. We always knew in advance who would be visiting and what time, excellent service, Thank you Prompt Care.
