Pennwood Home Care is an approved provider of Home Care Packages which specialises in delivering support to the elderly and their carers.

We specialise in supporting the elderly from Serbian, Eastern European and other Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

At Pennwood Home Care we encourage you to remain independent in familiar surroundings by providing quality support. Some of the services we offer (but not limited to) are:
