Upon arrival of the new general manager at Allity Pemulway, the culture and dynamics have changed immensely. Bobby has made the care factor in the facility more prominent with her ability to communicate with families. Her transparency is very obvious noticed by her disclosure on what is happening around the home, and her ability to display how she intends to rectify the issues. I would also like to commend her team, care manager, Honey, and as well, the staff at the front desk who show so much kindness upon arrival. Certainly a welcome change to previous managers.

From the management , the level of care ,the Nursing staff ,admins and every one working there .
are providing amazing care to the resident ,and communicates in a very professional manors ,with visiting doctors and the resident families.
they provides a good assessment when when they call regarding a concern about any resident health .
and give a very detailed story to keep you in the picture .
