Parkinson's Nurse Specialists

Parkinson’s WA’s Parkinson’s Nurse Specialists carry out home visits to clients across the Perth metropolitan area and South West WA. The visits provide nursing assessment, support, advice and education in the management of Parkinson's. The  Nurse specialists also visit residential care facilities as required.

The service has an open referral system, allowing people to self-refer, once a firm medical diagnosis has been made, The Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist service is free of charge.

Both NDIS and Aged Care clients are included.
