When Tracey from Palm Lakes Beachmere called to offer my mum a room, I was so happy. I was not disappointed the staff are caring and Friendly.
My mum's new home is beautiful and always clean, the bed is comfy, and furnishings are clean and in excellent order,
I love how the facility is closed at 5pm so I know my mum is safe.
The residents have plenty to do and are assisted by staff and always seem happy and friendly.
The staff keep you informed and call if there are any issues. I can't speak highly of the facility and care my mum gets. Mum says it's nice there and she is looked after really well ...The food is nice, and they don't go hungry.
This facility is highly recommended, i want to move in myself.
