The Resident Liaison Officers also act as a liaison for residents and relatives with due regard to the Charter of Residents Rights and Responsibilities.

Anglican Care also has an active community of volunteers, with many volunteers providing additional services and new friendships to the residents of Storm Retirement Village.
Located within the Taree Anglican Community, the facility is approximately 15 minutes from both Manning Rural Referral Hospital and Mayo Private Hospital and enjoys close ties with the local GPs, schools and other community groups.
Also located on the Taree site are the Administration Office, chapel and 18 retirement living units.
