Nazareth House Geraldton is a residential care home for older people, owned and operated by a Catholic religious congregation, the Sisters of Nazareth.
Open to all, regardless of religion or creed, our personalized health care services are offered through Nazareth Care. Our primary concern is the wellbeing, security, and comfort of each resident, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, based on respect and treating all with the dignity that is their due.
We provide a full staff team, available 24 hours per day, able to offer help and support to our residents whenever it is needed. Spiritual & emotional support is provided directly by the Sisters of Nazareth. Mass and other services, are celebrated in the chapel.
Nazareth House is situated on the banks of the Chapman River where the river joins the Indian Ocean at Bluff Point, Geraldton. This strategic location affords beautiful panoramic ocean and river views, and to the east, views of the Moresby Ranges.
The Sisters of Nazareth arrived in Geraldton in 1938 bringing with them 87 years of tradition and experience of caring for the elderly. Today that same tradition, as our mission and core values suggest is the strength of Nazareth House. It is our relationship with the people we serve: our residents and their families, our employees, and the wider community.
