MYVISTA Home Care Services connect you to support that helps live longer in your own home and spend more of the time doing the things you love, both at home and out in the community. The friendly and experienced team manages ongoing delivery of care and if your needs change, your services can be changed to meet them quickly and easily.
MYVISTA is a CALD organisation, (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) and strives to provide care for you that understands and values your cultural heritage and values.
The kinds of services available include:
- Helping you arrange appointments and booking transport to get you there.
- Personal care.
- Domestic help for things you now find harder to do.
- Keeping you connected through social events and activities.
- Paying for clinical care appointments like physio and podiatry that help to keep you active.
- Helping you with medication management.
MYVISTA's small, dedicated team will assist you from your initial enquiry and planning your home care package, through to finding the right people to assist you in your home. Their flexible structure and locally sourced support workers mean you can usually be involved in choosing who is contracted to assist you and when.
Your Home Care services can be funded either through your Australian Government Home Care package or self-funded by you. MYVISTA’s Home Care staff are on hand to discuss your individual circumstances with you at the time of undertaking your assessment and planning your services.
