My Nurse

myNurse is an in-home community nursing service provider. We have a team of highly skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about assisting clients to stay at home. Our nurses will visit you or your loved one from the comfort of your own home.

Our mission is to educate participants and their support network to learn the skills necessary to live an independent life. 

We look at each individual as unique with no two treatment plans the same. myNurse is dedicated to proving a consistent service, allocating you or your family member with a registered nurse who you can develop a lasting relationship with and will become familiar with your healthcare needs and educate you accordingly. 

We deliver a range of services including: 

• Wound care including taking wound swabs on infected wounds
• Bowel care and education sessions
• Catheter care and management
• Medication management including administering injections
• Aged care assessments
• Post operative care
• Wound swabs and urine sampling collections.
