My Flex Training

My Flex Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO code: 51589) based in Perth, Western Australia.

We continually improve and customise our training to meet the ever-changing needs of the healthcare industry, at both corporate and individual levels. We work in partnership with other aged care providers, training organisations and industry experts, and understand that organisations want staff who are job ready and have the practical skills, knowledge and behaviour to hit the ground running in the workplace.

We are approved by the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) until 2023 to provide a wide variety of fully compliant and regulated training programs that meet the needs of the health and community sector and are available to all, from individuals to whole organisations. 

Nationally recognised Certificate III courses:

Our Certificate III courses have a strong practical focus, allowing students to gain hands on experience. Training involves a mixture of theory and practical hands-on training with current industry equipment and documentation before the commencement of work experience - which we organise for our students. We offer flexible learning options and government subsidised course fees for eligible applicants as part of the state Government's LOWER FEES, LOCAL SKILLS program.  

• HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (assisting in nursing work in acute care)
• CHC33015 CERTIFICATE III IN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT (Ageing and Home and Community)

Accredited short courses and workshops including:

• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid 
• HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• HLTWHS005 Conduct Manual Tasks Safely

The My Flex Training has a selection of Professional Development Modules. These modules are designed to meet industry and training requirements of a rapidly expanding care service industry.
