Our Care Assisted Travel is available to seniors, NDIS Participants and privately funded individuals. With My Flex Care Assisted Travel, you can have confidence that the journey of your loved one will be a safe and happy occasion, whether to a local appointment, family event or social outing, without the need of a family member in attendance.
What is Care Assisted Travel?
Our trusted travel companions include Nurses and Support Workers who will assist your loved one from the beginning of the trip through to arrival and hand over at destination. During the journey they will assist with all aspects of support including personal care, dietary intake, mobility, medication assistance, social support and companionship. The companion will assist your loved one and remain by their side until return to home.
