Morgan Glen Iris is a brand new community offering apartments with service – an outstanding alternative to aged care. Residents live in their own private apartment, with domestic and hospitality services as standard and first-class support and care on hand.
There are one and two bedroom apartments available, comprising open plan living and dining, fully fitted kitchenette, master bedroom with ensuite and a spacious balcony or courtyard. Each luxuriously appointed apartment is designed to an age appropriate standard, ensuring every need is catered for now and well into the future. Additionally, there is a secure underground carpark and storage for all residents.
Supportive services at Morgan Glen Iris make people’s lives easier and more enjoyable. Nourishing daily cooked meals, having the heavy laundry done and access to a registered nurse are included in the monthly fee. Residents also receive 30 minutes of daily support which can be used for assistance with showering and dressing, apartment cleaning and more. User-pays services include personalised wellbeing programs, hairdressing, podiatry, and physiotherapy.
