Located in historic Midland which stands at the eastern gateway to Perth, and at the junction of the Swan Valley and Perth Hills communities.  Midland Nursing Home has a proud tradition as a specialist provider of residential high care for the aged since 1972.

We are independent and stand alone with the full range of services on site. We cater for all individuals and backgrounds, with standard service, secure dementia, extra services places. We also offer dedicated respite places which can booked in advance.

The Midland Nursing Home facility is surrounded by landscaped gardens and grounds. Each wing has single or double rooms, most with ensuites, and spacious communal lounges and dining areas, which are all designed for comfort, care and safety. We have our own kitchen, under a professional Chef, and our own cleaning and laundry services.  

All our facilities are for people needing residential care, seniors who can no longer manage in their own homes, even with community support services. We provide nursing and personal care support 24 hours a day to help with activities of daily living and the symptoms of age related diseases. We specialise in high level care, with staff trained in dementia, behaviour management and the palliative approach.  We also offer high level Respite Care for those needing a break from caring for their loved ones at home and are happy to take bookings.

Quality of life is equally important. Our dedicated team of staff, with qualified nurses and carers want to get to know you as a person to best enable them to support and care for you, We offer comprehensive activity programs which are delivered by our Therapy Assistants to help you with lifestyle choices.  These include High Teas, weekly Happy Hour, seasonal barbeques and a variety of group activities, as well arranging visits to and from family, friends and your community contacts.
