Memorial Drive Retirement Village

The Memorial Drive retirement village is adjacent to RM McHale and Koraleigh. The Village operates in accordance with the Retirement Villages Act including purchase of a life lease. The Village has four units, each with its own street frontage on Memorial Drive. The floor plans include units with two-bedrooms and single garage, two-bedrooms and a study with either a single or double garage. The units have ‘age friendly’ design features incorporated into a modern open living design.
