I really cannot speak highly enough about this place. After having extremely bad experiences in 2 other local facilities we came to Allenvale and the level of compassion and understanding for what my Dad and the whole family is going through was unbelievable. Marie, you are truly an amazing human being. I will be forever grateful for your professional advice and kind words throughout this process. The staff here are amazing, I receive regular updates and GP reviews by email and phone calls whenever anything happens, something I never got from the other places. There has been a few occasions when my Dad, who has Parkinson’s and Dementia, has had bad days and has been difficult to manage, and it has always been managed professionally and without judgement. They mange his condition with care and always keep us up to date. I honestly cannot fault Allenvale and I highly recommend to anyone who is going through such a difficult time.
