Overview

For over 30 years the Kura Yerlo has offered culturally responsive services for Aboriginal people. Kura Yerlo provides a Children’s Centre and Preschool Program, Nunga Ballet, Youth Arts Program, Aboriginal Youth Action Committee, Aged Care Support Services (Elders Group, Men’s and Women’s Groups), Men’s Shed-artefact making, and Disability Support Services. Kura Yerlo Inc. Aged and Disability Support Services caters for meeting the individual needs of its participants through a 'My Culture, My Plan, My Way' user led plan, incorporating services through CHSP and the NDIS. Mentoring is available to individuals and through small group sessions.
