Kalyra provides quality, affordable rental homes for retired South Australians aged 55 and over.

To be eligible for our rental homes, applicants will be 55 years or older, retired or working less than 20 hours per week, have combined assets and funds of less than $55,000.

Our communities are located close to transport, shopping and other required facilities so that the individual has easy access without the need for personal transport.
