We want to know your strengths and work out what goals you have so we can help determine what supports you need to reach these.

Juniper’s friendly and compassionate team of support workers, nurses and allied health professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and podiatrists, offer clinical, home and social support to maintain or regain your independence.

Each of our Juniper clients are assigned their own client care advisor to get to know you and what support you need.

Juniper offers services through your Home Care Package or Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Our friendly team can also help you navigate the system with a guided referral.
